Today I am going to tell you, how can you choose your right career and what is our right career guiding test.  

Friends first of all I want to tell you that I am doing this Career Counselling Work for last a few years. And whose test I have taken, they are hundred percent agree with my advice. Means this test is very perfect to find your innermost interest. I have taken this test on 14 years to 32 years old persons. People are amazed to know the result and asks me, how I know all this?

                        Friends, its not important that how I know but it is important that I could guide the needy students and career seeking people. Often it is a question after 10th or 12th that what is the right course for him or her? Which way should I go? What most of the students do? They decide their career after seeing the surrounding people. They impressed with their relatives or any other nearby person. Some students go on the way which their parents tell. Is it right? Child mostly doesn't know which way he/she has to go. Some children are over smart and over confident, they don't listen any person's advice. So, whether should we follow the advice of parents or not?  I am not telling that we should not follow the advice of our parents!

                          First of all parents should not impose their own unfulfilled wishes to their children and second thing, we can not leave our children alone to decide everything. Then what should we do? The right way is that you must know the real interest and capacity of your child. And where both the things, mean interest and capacity both meets is the right career path. Means you must see the mark sheet score and the genuine interest of your child and on which subject these two things are meeting is the right way of your child.                              आज मैं आपको बताने जा रहा हूं कि आप अपना सही करियर कैसे चुन सकते हैं और हमारा सही करियर गाइडिंग टेस्ट क्या है। दोस्तों सबसे पहले मैं आपको बताना चाहता हूं कि मैं पिछले कुछ सालों से करियर काउंसिलिंग का यह काम कर रहा हूं। और जिनका मैंने टेस्ट लिया है, वे मेरी सलाह से शत प्रतिशत सहमत हैं। यानी अपनी अंतरतम रुचि को खोजने के लिए यह परीक्षा बहुत ही उत्तम है। मैंने यह परीक्षा 14 वर्ष से 32 वर्ष के व्यक्तियों पर ली है। लोग परिणाम जानकर चकित रह जाते हैं और मुझसे पूछते हैं, मुझे यह सब कैसे पता?

                             दोस्तों, यह महत्वपूर्ण नहीं है कि मैं कैसे जानता हूं बल्कि यह महत्वपूर्ण है कि मैं जरूरतमंद छात्रों और करियर चाहने वालों का मार्गदर्शन कर सकूं। 10वीं या 12वीं के बाद अक्सर यह सवाल होता है कि उसके लिए सही कोर्स क्या है? मुझे किस रास्ते जाना चाहिए? अधिकांश छात्र क्या करते हैं? ये आसपास के लोगों को देखकर ही अपना करियर तय करते हैं। वे अपने सगे-संबंधियों या आस-पास के किसी व्यक्ति से प्रभावित हो जाते थे। कुछ छात्र उस रास्ते पर जाते हैं जो उनके माता-पिता बताते हैं। क्या यह सही है? बच्चा ज्यादातर नहीं जानता कि उसे किस रास्ते पर जाना है। कुछ बच्चे ओवर स्मार्ट और ओवर कॉन्फिडेंट होते हैं, वे किसी की सलाह नहीं सुनते हैं। तो क्या हमें माता-पिता की सलाह माननी चाहिए या नहीं? मैं यह नहीं कह रहा हूँ कि हमें अपने माता-पिता की सलाह नहीं माननी चाहिए!

                                पहली तो माता-पिता को अपनी अधूरी इच्छाएं अपने बच्चों पर नहीं थोपनी चाहिए और दूसरी बात, हम अपने बच्चों को सब कुछ तय करने के लिए अकेला नहीं छोड़ सकते। तो क्या करें? सही तरीका यह है कि आपको अपने बच्चे की वास्तविक रुचि और क्षमता का पता होना चाहिए। और जहां दोनों चीजें, औसत रुचि और क्षमता दोनों मिलती हैं, वह सही करियर पथ है। यानी आप मार्कशीट स्कोर और अपने बच्चे की वास्तविक रुचि जरूर देखें और ये दोनों चीजें किस विषय पर मिल रही हैं यह आपके बच्चे का सही तरीका है। ज्यादातर मामलों में बच्चा और उसके माता-पिता इस बात को ठीक से समझ नहीं पाते। और दोस्तों यही वह समय है जब आपको एक करियर काउंसलर और हमारे सही करियर निर्णायक टेस्ट की जरूरत है। तो दोस्तों अगर आप किसी असमंजस में हैं तो हमें 9977577255 पर कॉल करें। हम आपकी मदद जरूर करेंगे।
